EvalYouth Global Mentoring Program
Phase II - 2019
About the Mentoring Program
(the full program description can be found here.)
EvalYouth launched its pilot global mentoring program in October 2017, which concluded in May 2018. This round of the program is informed by findings and recommendations of an external evaluation from the pilot phase of the program, with improved learning methods, more tailored and improved content, as well as an improved Learning Management System (LMS), and improved program delivery.
The Mentoring Program design includes:
Two introductory sessions (a group one across pairs as a launch of the new edition, and an individual one between mentors and mentees of each pair to get to know each other)
Five modules. The first two will be conducted within a month and the rest will have duration of a month. In total the duration of the program will be four months from March 01 through June 30 2019.
A closing session and final ceremony, and certificates of completion
Mentors and mentees will use online platforms and social media such as Skype, WhatsApp and Facebook to connect and hold their regular meetings. EvalYouth has also customized Learning Management System (LMS) to be used as a central platform for the program.
