We are recruiting for a Senior Consultant to join the Practice to lead on projects across the whole portfolio. Leading proposals, managing and delivering on complex multi-client projects and successfully managing diverse projects are the core focus of the role. Building on our reputational capital and market presence, the technical strengths of our consultants are focused around four key areas:
- Evidence Advocate: generating robust evidence and using this to support clients and shape global debates;
- Change Agent: supporting clients in reflecting, learning and managing change
- Project Manager: contributing to and building high performing project teams that deliver quality and commercial targets;
- Trusted Advisor: building long term relationships with clients and partners that add value and deliver commercial success
You will have a post-graduate degree in a relevant discipline and a proven track record in International Development. As an evidence advocate you will have a strong background in qualitative and/or quantitative data collection and analysis to generate clear evidence-based insights. An emerging expert in one or more subject areas that relate to the practice expertise set above, you are able to demonstrate your credibility with peers and clients. As a change agent you will have demonstrable experience of using your facilitation skills and flexing your communication style to influence others. As a project manager, you will be adept at delivering projects to a high technical and commercial standard and be responsible for maintaining and improving GP across a complex project portfolio. As a trusted adviser you will have skills in developing and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders and have experience of leading winning bids with a range of clients.
The salary for this role is up to £43K depending on your skills and experience.
