This Terms of Reference for a 2 years ‘Learning Partnership’ with Oxfam Novib (projects based). The learning partnership shall help strengthen more equal and symbiotic partnerships across the select projects, especially (so called) global south and north.
It is a very interesting assignment, especially for those, who have deep experience and/ or exposures of working in multi-stakeholder partnerships, in African context (specifically in South Africa, Mozambique, Ghana).
