The MSF Vienna Evaluation Unit is looking for a team of consultants to conduct an evaluation of the MSF Mambasa project (2016-2020) on sexually transmitted infections and victims of sexual violence, in Democratic Republic of Congo.
Interested teams should submit their applications to veuapplication@vienna.msf.org by 28 October 2020.
The application should contain:
- A proposal detailing the plan to conduct the evaluation and the expected budget (estimated workload: 50 consultancy days)
- A cover letter highlighting applicants’ experience with similar past assignments (max 1 page)
- CV of each evaluation team member
- One example of past evaluation report in a similar context or topic
