The ITC Independent Evaluation Unit (IEU) is looking for a home-based consultant to coordinate and carry out reviews for two projects, assessing the sustainability of results 3-4 years after the projects’ completion. The Terms of Reference can be found here. Candidates should have at least seven years’ experience in conducting evaluations, reviews or similar assessments, and hold an advanced university degree in a related field. Specific experience in ex-post assessments, data visualization and project management is highly desirable.
