Right To Play (RTP) is now seeking a skilled, strategic and collaborative leader to serve as our next Global Director, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (GDMEL). The GDMEL will bring technical expertise in strengthening organisational MEL systems and guiding robust research and evaluations. They will support both the global MEL team, and our country office staff to design and deliver quality, results-driven programs in line with Right To Play’s mission, vision, culture code and strategic plan. They will drive and help to inspire a culture of learning internally, as well as identify opportunities to communicate our learnings externally to benefit practitioners. Reporting directly to the Chief Program Officer and providing leadership, management, coaching, guidance and support to a team of 7 global MEL staff, as well as individual MEL staff in 15 country offices, the GDMEL will collaborate closely with other programming staff, CDs and their teams, as well as our global functions.
