CorStone’s new M&E Manager will report to the Research Director (US) and collaborate closely with the Senior M&E Coordinator (India). The M&E Manager leads M&E support and related activities for all CorStone programs in India, in coordination with Program Directors, Managers, and program and M&E staff. This critical role includes significant hands-on responsibilities along with management capability, and requires excellent communication and time-management skills, capacity to plan and innovate as needed when circumstances change, and great energy and engagement for productive teamwork. The role supports, reinforces, and leads quality processes to ensure accurate, meaningful, and timely data are developed and clearly communicated on a regular basis and on demand. The M&E Manager will also oversee and coordinate, as needed, internal or outsourced field activities and data collection for program-related research projects and impact evaluations.
