The Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning & Research Manager will support the design and delivery of the MEL and research strategy for the UK Division as well as providing support to our ongoing programmes and new proposals to inform them of suitable approaches for MEL & R for UK funded opportunities. The manager will work across Chemonics to engage in our M&E and research track record and technical capabilities, in order to build a reputation in the UK market for M&E and research sector technical competenc.
