Duration: Full-time (40hrs/week), fixed term: until 31 December 2024

Light for the World is a global disability and development organisation whose vision is an inclusive society where no one is left behind. We enable crucial eye health services and help empower people with disabilities in some of the poorest regions of the world. As an employer, we aim to foster a workplace in which individual differences are recognised, appreciated, and respected, in ways that utilise each person’s talents and strengths.

Light for the World is looking for a MERLA Specialist to focus on supporting our work under the UK funded Disability Inclusive Development (DID) programme. The role holder will use their expertise in designing, assessing and disseminating top quality learning documents to support Light for the World’s country offices and partners to identify, capture and disseminate learning on ‘what works and what does not work’ in each of the DID projects.
