VSO is the world’s leading international development organisation that works through volunteers to fight poverty. We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Knowledge, Evidence and Learning team as Global Programme Monitoring Specialist: Data and Systems.
The ideal candidate will act as lead on development, application and management of a global system for monitoring and reporting on VSO’s programme results; lead production of analytical information and reports in line with VSO’s programme performance, impact and areas relevant for volunteering for development programme learning. S/he should have an advanced qualification and work experience in monitoring and evaluation and application of digital technology in data management or a related field with experience of advanced data monitoring approaches, solutions, and methodologies suitable to large and complex NGOs. Should have significant experience in the efficient collection and analysis of complex and high volume data, including both impact and statistical data, from multiple projects and demonstrate excellent communication and analytical and report writing skills.
