Description:
The object of this evaluation is Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe`s multi-phase aid program in Indonesia. The program is implemented since 2018 by two partner organizations and through 8 donor-funded projects. It includes comprehensive support measures for emergency relief, reconstruction, and disaster preparedness. One of the main objectives of the evaluation is to contribute to the overall learning process of Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe, especially with regard to major disasters expected in the future. The findings and recommendations are expected to inform Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe’s annual planning and the new country strategy for Indonesia. We are looking for an evaluation team of at least two persons.
The tendering process is a two-stage process.
