Thematic Working Groups (TWGs) are subgroups of the European Evaluation Society (EES) that bring together members who share common interests.  TWGs are meant to encourage progress towards evaluation excellence and influence in Europe and beyond. They address salient public policy concerns, specialized domains of evaluation practice and topical issues that shape the role of evaluators in society. Their activities are carried out on a voluntary basis to promote EES objectives.

Only EES members  may join a TWG.  To become a member go to https://europeanevaluation.org/how-to-join-the-ees/ and follow the instructions.

If your membership has expired, and you need to renew, click on the membership portal button at the top of this screen and log into the membership system.  If you have forgotten your password, click ‘forgot password?’ to reset it.  Once you have logged in, go to the ‘membership’ tab to purchase your membership.  The list of TWGs will be displayed during your purchase and you will be able to select which TWG{s} you would like to join.

If you are a current member and would like to join a TWG, click on the membership portal button at the top of this screen and log in to the membership system.  If you have forgotten your password, click ‘forgot password’ to reset it.  To join a TWG, go to the MEMBER DETAILS section.  The TWGs are listed.  Simply put a tick next to the TWG{s} you wish to join.

Please note: Member names for each TWG are listed on the EES website.  When you select your TWGs, you will be asked to indicate whether you agree to your name being listed on the website page for the TWG you have joined.  Please don’t forget to indicate Yes or No.  Thank you.
