Roma Entrepreneurship Development Initiative (REDI) is an emergent organisation using multiple tools to connect Roma entrepreneurs to the mainstream business environment across Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Romania, and Serbia. Their MEL director will work with a committed team of young Roma leaders to create MEL systems for both REDI NGO and REDI Fund, the first Microfinance fund dedicated to support Roma entrepreneurs in Europe.
