Description:
SEforALL is seeking the services of a company for an Independent Evaluation of SEforALL projects in Sierra Leone.
The evaluation is expected to cover two projects:
1. The Powering Sierra Leone’s Hospitals Programme funded through the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO);
2. Government and Stakeholder Engagement/Betmai Hydroelectric Project funded through the Rockefeller Foundation.
