The German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval) is currently doing an evaluation on “Sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) in German Development Cooperation”. Therefore, the DEval-Team is looking for a team of consultants with expertise in evaluation of SRHR-interventions for a country case study in Togo from October 2, 2023 to June 30, 2025.
Composition of the consultant team:
– One team leader as well as up to 2 team members
– Parity in gender representation and at least one consultant younger than 35 years
The consultant team shall perform the following tasks:
– Data collection and documentation
– Data analysis and case study report
– Logical preparation
The consultant team needs to demonstrate the following suitability and experiences:
– Completed scientific university degree.
– Work experience in the context of sexual and reproductive health (SRHR).
– Work experience in conducting evaluations.
– Profound knowledge in qualitative data collection and analysis.
– Excellent command of English, French and of one local language.
– Current residence in Togo, Togolese citizenship or permanent residency in Togo for at least the last 10 years.

Deadline for handing in an encrypted offer is August 8, 2023 10.00 AM CET to tendering.eval3@deval.org.
The decryption-key for said offer needs to be transferred to the same mail-address no sooner than August 8, 2023 11.00 AM CET and no later than August 8, 2023 12.00 PM CET.
