Description:
The Evaluation Office of the ILO is seeking expression of interest of a consultant to conduct an independent midterm evaluation of Project “EU Support to Local Employment Partnerships – Phase II (LEP II)”, funded by the European Union (EU).
Candidates are requested to apply providing the following information:
1. A copy of the candidates’ CVs (which must include information about the qualifications held by the candidates) including a list of previous evaluations that are relevant in relation to the context and subject matter of this assignment.
2. A description of how the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience are relevant to the required qualifications of this assignment.
3. A statement confirming the availability of the candidate to conduct this assignment and the daily professional fees expressed in euros.
4. Two evaluation reports in which the consultant played a similar role.
5. A statement confirming that the candidate had no previous involvement in the design or implementation of project “EU Support to Local Employment Partnerships – Phase II (LEP II)” or have a personal relationship with any of the ILO Officials who are engaged in the project.
6. A list of two referees (including name, affiliation, phone number and email address).
