Independent Development Evaluation (IDEV) at the African Development Bank (AfDB) invites Expression of Interest from Individual Consultants for a Peer Review of the Evaluation of the Bank’s Support for Economic Diversification.
Under the supervision of the Evaluation Task Managers and working closely with the other AfDB Evaluation Team Members and International consultants, the External Expert Reviewer will be mainly responsible for undertaking tasks clustered around the three phases of : inception; data Collection and preparation of background reports; and Reporting Phase (Technical and Summary Evaluation Reports).
