Description:
An evaluation on “BMZ Support for Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration”. Therefore, the DEval-Team is looking for one consultant per Lot with expertise in qualitative data collection for a country case study in Morocco from November 15, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
Lot 1: Region Béni Mellal-Khénifra
Lot 2: Region Casablanca-Settat and Beni Mellal-Khenifra
Lot 3: Region Rabat-Salé-Kénitra and Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima
Each consultant shall perform the following tasks:
(A) Preparation of the country case study in Morocco
(B) Support during the country case study
(C) Follow-up data collection, transcription, and data analysis
Each consultant needs to demonstrate the following suitability and experiences:
• Current residency in Morocco or the European Union
• Moroccan citizenship
• Permanent residency in Morocco for at least 3 years in the last 10 years
• Profound knowledge in qualitative data collection and analysis
• Good command of English (oral)
• Excellent command of French (written and oral)
• Excellent command of Arabic or Berber (written and oral)
