Description:
The 13th session of the ‘Talking Interoperability’ series will showcase Senegal’s social protection system and highlight the Registre National Unique (RNU), used by the government and various development partners to support the country’s most vulnerable populations. In 2021, the RNU was established as the basis for targeting poor and / or vulnerable households in social programmes in Senegal. Today, the RNU is involved in several projects, particularly its expansion to cover more than half of the country’s population and its interoperability with other strategic systems and programmes. Learn from representatives of the Senegalese government sharing their experiences, successes, and challenges related to their interoperability endeavors over recent years. This session will provide simultaneous interpretation into English, Spanish and French.
