Key information to encourage interest
Core team of a Technical Assistance for the Monitoring of International Cooperation Programmes of the European Union in Latin America and the Caribbean – Results Oriented Monitoring (ROM). Specifically, we are looking for the following positions (all with a commitment of 220 days per year for 4 years from January/February 2025): Team Leader (TL), Deputy Team Leader (DTL), 2 Core Team Senior Experts.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in English and Spanish at C2 level; C1 in Portuguese is an advantage.
- At least 10 years (12 years Tl & DTL) experience in development cooperation.
- At least 5 years of project management experience.
- At least 10 years’ experience in a thematic area of expertise.
- At least 5 years’ experience in results-based approaches, monitoring and/or evaluation.
- At least 3 years (5 years Tl & DTL) of field experience in partner countries.
- At least 3 years (5 years Tl & DTL) of experience in Latin America.
- Good knowledge of EU and/or other donor implementation modalities.
