About our facilitators:
Oyuntsetseg Chuluundorj (Oyuna) currently works for the United Nations Population Fund as a Monitoring and Evaluation Adviser for the Asia Pacific region. Oyuna is a physician and public health professional by training, with more than 20 years of experience in programme management and public health research.
Her professional expertise focuses on women’s and girls’ health and well-being, social vulnerability to natural disasters, and programme planning, monitoring and evaluation. Oyuna has a master’s degree in medical anthropology and a Ph.D. in health and behavioral sciences from the University of Colorado in Denver, USA.
Xin Xin Yang serves as a Multi-Country Evaluation Specialist at UNICEF, collaborating with the Country Offices in China, DPRK, and Mongolia. With over 20 years of experience in international development, she has a rich background in conducting complex evaluations, often leading teams for various U.N. agencies, international financial institutions, and bilateral donors.
Earlier in her career, Xin Xin worked in the Legal Vice Presidency of the World Bank in Washington, D.C. She is proficient in English and Chinese and has a working knowledge of French. Xin Xin holds LLM degrees from Yale Law School and Beijing University, as well as an MPA in international development from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University
