Key information to encourage interest:
The ILO is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to conduct the final evaluation of the “Decent Work Programming Country Programme (DWCP 2017-2021) of the Central African Republic“.
For more details on the evaluation, please consult the terms of reference (ToRs) attached.
Candidates interested in this call for expressions of interest should provide the following information:
- A copy of the candidate’s curriculum vitae including:
- Description of the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience while showing how they best meet the qualifications required for this assignment;
- A list of previous evaluations preferably carried out in relation to the context and theme of this call, clearly indicating the role played by the consultant;
- At least two recent references available, including email and phone;
- A declaration by the candidate attesting to his/her availability to conduct this evaluation in the Central African Republic;
- A statement that the candidate has not been involved in the design and implementation of the programme in question or does not have a privileged personal relationship with ILO officials working in the Central African Republic;
- 4.A statement that the assessment will be in line with ILO and SNU standards;
- A financial offer indicating the daily rate of the fee (the financial offer must be expressed in USD);
- 6.Copies in French of two evaluation reports in which the candidate has been a team leader/or team member in the last five years.
