Brief outline of Project

Terre des hommes is seeking a qualified evaluator or evaluation team to conduct a final project evaluation for the i-ACCESS MyRights Project.

This initiative, funded by the European Union’s Justice Programme, aims to enhance access to information and legal assistance for child victims in the European Union by developing a child-centred AI chatbot. The chatbot will help children in criminal proceedings understand their rights, reducing the risks of trauma regardless of their gender, social, or cultural background. The project is being implemented in Romania, Greece, Bulgaria.

Key information to encourage interest

Assess the project’s effectiveness, particularly in terms of how the AI-driven chatbot improved children’s ability to access legal information and assistance.

Evaluate how well the project integrated diversity, inclusion, and child participation.

Provide suggestions concerning the sustainability and potential replication of the AI solution in other contexts.

Requirements:

Strong experience in evaluation, preferably in child justice or AI technology.

Proven skills in both quantitative and qualitative data collection.

Ability to work remotely and collaborate with international teams.
