Transparency International is seeking a consultant to conduct an evaluation of EU4 Rule of Law: Citizen Engagement for Public Integrity (CEPI) in the Western Balkans and Turkey project.
The evaluation aims to assess the project’s effectiveness, sustainability, and impact, providing actionable recommendations for future programming.
