Salary: €53,000 – €58,000/year gross for a role in Brussels
Location: Brussels (remote work possible for exceptional candidates within the EU)
We are looking for an Impact and Learning Manager to help us track progress and transform data into learning and action. This is a newly created role where you’ll bring learning to life, surface strategic insights and support powerful narratives about impact.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
As our Impact and Learning Manager, you will:
- Manage impact tracking and learning across our three grant portfolios
- Curate learning moments and workshops with partners and peers
- Create stories of change that highlight the impact of our grantee partners
- Build tools to visualize and share insights with key audiences
𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗔𝗿𝗲
We’re looking for someone who is:
- An experienced MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning) professional with a knack for storytelling—preferably in philanthropy, nonprofits, or international development
- Passionate about data (both qualitative and quantitative) and how it can drive change
- Skilled in making complex information clear and engaging
- A collaborator who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven team
