In these unpredictable and often challenging times, the ability to create safe, inclusive, and productive spaces for dialogue and learning is more crucial than ever. you are invited to join the FabRiders Session Design Lab, a unique opportunity designed to help facilitators, trainers, and organisers navigate uncertainty and facilitate meaningful conversations.

This lab’s theme is ‘Holding Space in Uncertain Times,’ reflecting the current environments in which we operate and the communities we support. Over two sessions, lasting three hours each, you’ll:

  • Explore frameworks and practical tools for designing sessions that foster connection, trust, and resilience, even in the face of complex challenges.
  • Learn how to facilitate in emotionally charged or rapidly changing environments, ensuring all participants feel heard and supported.
  • Design and refine your session with peer and expert feedback, so you’re ready to lead with confidence.
  • Connect with others who are grappling with similar questions about how to hold space for learning, reflection, and action.

If you’re facilitating workshops, meetings, or discussions, especially in shifting contexts, this lab will equip you with the skills and confidence to create spaces where people can show up, engage deeply, and move forward together.

We’re offering it twice to accommodate different time zones:
