Anticipated Dates of Project: Expected to start in October 2025 and last for approximately 11 to 12 months
Brief Outline of the Project:
The evaluation will focus on ADA’s role as a direct implementer of third-party funded projects. It will assess the quality of ADA’s performance, including the achievement of results outlined in the Third-Party Funding Strategy, as well as the coherence of these efforts with other ADA-funded interventions in priority countries. In addition, it will examine the appropriateness of the current organisational setup and the integration of third-party funding within ADA’s structure, in alignment with its core mandates.
