Civitates is looking for outstanding candidates for this new role of Impact and Learning Manager. Civitates is a pooled fund bringing together 30 private philanthropic foundations to defend liberal democracy in Europe. This role will play a central part in strengthening our ability to learn from our work, communicate our impact, and make evidence-informed decisions across our three portfolios – Civic Power, Tech and Democracy, and Media. Since its inception in 2018 Civitates has supported more than 60 organisations in 18 countries with over €20 million in funding.
This new position will help us deepen our understanding of the difference our collective grants are making, while also supporting our grantee partners to build their own impact and learning capacities.
We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning, and excellent communication and storytelling skills.
