Key information to encourage interest
The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the Global Fund) has issued the Request for Expression of Interest No. TGF-25-51, titled Evaluation of the integration of HIV, TB and malaria (HTM) services into national health systems within Global Fund investments.

For audit and efficiency purposes, this REOI process will be managed electronically. Bidders are required to submit their expressions of interest via the Sourcing Application at the following URL:

Please ensure any request for a Supplier ID is submitted at least 48 hours before the REOI closing date, which is 3rd of November 2025 at 9:00 AM (local Geneva time).
It is the bidder’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the Sourcing Application and instructions provided by the Sourcing department. We recommend allowing sufficient time for electronic submission to avoid any delays. Proposals submitted after the closing time may be rejected.
