The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is seeking a service provider, who will conduct a short–term training course on the fundamentals of MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) system for organizations implementing donor-funded projects. The training is to be provided to staff of a Ukrainian state institution operating in the field of energy efficiency and reconstruction.
The services are expected to be delivered in the first/second quarter of 2026 (exact dates to be determined).
