EuroHealthNet – the European Partnership for health equity and wellbeing – is looking for an external evaluator for the duration of its EU Framework Partnership Agreement 2026-2029 under the European Social Fund Plus. The external evaluator will continuously evaluate and assess the impact of EuroHealthNet’s ESF+ related programmes and activities, and, where appropriate, the wider organisation. This work will monitor progress toward EuroHealthNet’s main organisational objectives and assess the overall impact of its activities. Specifically, the evaluator will develop an evaluation and impact assessment plan for 2026-2029. This plan will operationalise and guide four annual evaluations and the four-year impact assessment covering 2026-2029, to be published in 2029.
