Transparency International is seeking an evaluator or evaluation team to conduct the final evaluation of our Clean Money in Elections Project across 6 countries (Indonesia, Madagascar, Panama, Sri Lanka, Venezuela, Zambia). April to November 2026, remote and possible field trips.
Requirements are:-
7+ years M&E experience in international development, Anti-corruption & governance expertise, GESI knowledge.
Preference: diverse teams with local consultants in project countries.
