Guest Speakers: Malcolm Cox and Rica Terbeck-Soiné, Senior Evaluators at Council of Europe
The team from the evaluation division at the Council of Europe put a lot of effort into integrating gender and equity into their evaluations, as well as throughout the evaluation community. There are many obstacles and barriers to doing so in a meaningful and consistent way.
In this session, Malcom and Rica will discuss their experiences integrating gender and equity into the Council of Europe and invite participants to collectively explore ways to overcome these challenges and further strengthen gender and equity in their evaluations and in evaluations more broadly.
