German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval)
The German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval) is currently preparing an evaluation on Germany’s support to civil society. One of our country case studies will be Georgia. For this case study, we are seeking an evaluator with expertise in civil society in Georgia. Data collection is previewed to be mainly qualitative interviews and group discussions.
The assignment essentially comprises the following :
- Preparation of the data collection: including the development of a context analysis for the case study
- Logistical preparation of and support to data collection
- Participating in data collection (conducting interviews) and documentation
- Data analysis, case study report, and dissemination of results: including the commenting on the evaluation report
The volume work will consist of approximately 56 working days for the consultant and is scheduled for between June 2026 and July 2027.
