With Over 15 years of experience as an Adaptive Management, Impact and Learning Specialist, leading multi-country programme consortia in fragile and conflict-affected settings, including Ukraine. A proven track record in consortium management, results-based programme delivery, stakeholder engagement and representation for major institutions (EU, Dutch MFA, FCDO, USAID, EIB).
Integrated adaptive Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) processes into complex programming environments, together with specialist expertise in gender and conflict sensitivity, transitional justice, and Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) across areas such as democracy, governance and peacebuilding, conflict transformation, child rights, and private sector development in fragile and conflict-affected states.
Developed and delivered tailored capacity-building sessions on gender and conflict sensitivity for international NGOs and donor partners, also co-led governance processes to embed Gender, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (GDEI) principles across organisational systems, leadership meetings, and global programming, advising on organisational policies, leadership decisions, and programme design from a GDEI-informed governance perspective.
Co-Chair of the European Evaluation Society’s (EES) Thematic Working Group 1: Gender & Equity, leading one of the Society’s largest thematic groups, guiding strategy, knowledge exchange, and member engagement. Organised TWG1’s contributions to the EES Conferences in 2022 and 2024, shaping discussions on feminist, intersectional, decolonial, and equity-focused evaluation.
As head of the EU Framework Contracts Department (Governance Lead), provided governance, financial oversight, and strategic leadership for the Department and the company’s Netherlands branch. I have supervised teams, managed multi-million-euro budgets, and ensured compliance with EU procedures and quality standards.
