Created in 1990, ADE is a private consulting company that delivers objective and independent services to assist private and public decision-makers in the formulation of rational economic decisions and in monitoring their implementation. Within the context of increasing globalisation and integration of economies, the formulation of relevant policies and their implementation present a major challenge. The growing concern with accountability and progressive improvement of strategies confers a key role on evaluation in this respect.

ADE has a fully-fledged department in evaluation that has been conducting over 200 evaluations for different types of clients including public and private, national and international organisations. More recently, the evaluation department has engaged in a unique and innovative exercise in the area of impact evaluation with the purpose of combining and comparing qualitative and quantitative methods, which are commonly used or studied separately.

ADE has been ISO 9001 certified for more than 10 years. A quality process structures the production of all services, from the moment the work begins until its approval by the client.
