Angkor Research and Conulting Ltd, was founded in 2013 by Mr Ian Ramage. One of the leading social researchers in Cambodia over the last decade, Mr Ramage has conducted over 350 research and consulting contracts (including over 50 large-scale surveys and impact evaluations) in Cambodia since 1999. In 2013, Mr Ramage and his experienced local research staff opened Angkor Research, bringing their in-depth knowledge of international research standards and Cambodian society to a dynamic new company.
Angkor Research has the capacity and technical expertise to conduct all aspects of research projects entirely in-house. Specialized in conducting all aspects of monitoring, research and evaluation (MR&E) methodology and project design, implementation and analysis, including impact evaluations, project assessments, large-scale research project management, quantitative and qualitative research, data collection and management (data entry, reconciliation, etc.), data analysis, data verification, feasibility studies, technical training and knowledge dissemination. Angkor Research are experts in public health (including sexual/reproductive health and HIV/AIDS), communications, education, environmental sciences, economics, international development, and disaster/risk management. Angkor Research has worked on projects for governments, donor agencies, bilateral organizations, universities, and NGOs, including the Royal Government of Cambodia, Global Fund, GIZ, USAID, AFD, The World Bank, the UK, EU, and many others.
