Specializing in evaluation of programs and policies; evaluation capacity-building and training; development of M&E systems; theory of change and logframes for programs; implementation of learning agendas and facilitating learning sessions. Founder and owner of “Creative Research&MEL consutling”.

Regional MEL Lead at Safeguarding resource and support hub in Eastern Europe in 2022-2023. Iryna has been a MEL team-leader in USAID-funded program DOBRE in Ukraine working with 100 communities for 6 years.

Co-founder of Ukrainian Evaluation Association,  first Head of Board (2013-2015), past board member (2015-2023), Member of American Evaluation Association and European Evaluation Society.
