Dear Colleagues,

The IFRC Turkey Country Delegation is looking for a 2-person team of evaluators for the final evaluation of the Turkey: Population Movement International Appeal operation (MDRTR003).

Planned timeframe: 15 April – 15 June 2021.

Applications are to be submitted by 21 March 2021 through the IFRC recruitment portal (link below).

The application should include:

1. Curricula Vitae (CV);
2. Cover letterclearly summarizing experience as it pertains to this assignment, daily rate, and three professional references;
3. Proposal, including budget: A technical proposal should accompany the application, detailing the consultants` understanding of the ToR with a detailed budget to undertake the work. The proposal should explain how the challenges and constraints outlined in the ToR will be dealt with, and include a revised timeline of activities as needed;
4. At least one example of an evaluation reportmost similar to that described in the ToR.
