Typically, the WPPA Annual Conference is hosted at Claremont Graduate University. However, as our community grows, our map does too! The upcoming conference will be held in Albuquerque, New Mexico and we invite you to join our exciting and growing network of positive psychology researchers, practitioners, and educators!
We are accepting presentation and poster submissions to the 8th Western Positive Psychology Association Conference. The theme of this year’s conference is “From Surviving to Thriving”. This conference brings together a collaborative scientific community of faculty, students, practitioners, and scholars to advance and support research on the science of well-being and optimal human functioning.
Submissions are invited in the following areas but are not limited to:
– Positive psychology in work and organizations
– Positive development across the lifespan
– Positive health, well-being, and sports
– Theory and methodology in positive psychology
– Positive personality and social psychology
– Evidence-based applications in coaching and clinical psychology
– Evidence-based applications in teaching
