Unity Health Toronto is conducting a study among evaluators who work within or for institutions in the academic health sciences. This includes teaching hospitals, and university departments where the educational focus is on training health care professionals (e.g., nursing, medicine, physiotherapy, pharmacy, dietetics, speech and language pathology etc.).

Unity Health Toronto is interested in the workplace realities of these evaluators and seek to understand their perspectives about evaluation in the academic health sciences. This includes exploring any challenges or tensions they may navigate as they conduct their work.

Participation will involve taking part in a 40-to-60-minute, virtual semi-structured interview via Zoom. Participation in this study is entirely voluntary and consent can be withdrawn at any time during the course of the interview. Responses will be anonymized and kept confidential. All study data will only be disseminated in aggregate form.
