This Advanced Project Evaluation Management (APEM) Training by Cloneshouse LLC teaches effective monitoring and evaluation. It gives you the tools and knowledge to create or manage a successful M&E system for your policies, programs, and projects.
It is designed for experienced M&E Officers or project managers who want the tools and knowledge to create or manage a successful M&E system for policies, programs, and projects.
It is a six-week course with quizzes, group assignments, case studies, and a Certificate of Competence upon completing all course outputs.
Mode: Online with Weekly MEL Mentorship Sessions.
Cloneshouse LLC runs four batches annually: (4 Cohorts yearly: Feb; May; Sept & Nov)
Weekly Lessons:
Week 1- Introduction to M&E Mandate
Week 2- Data Collection Methods
Week 3- Carrying out Data Analysis and Reporting Findings (including Using Artificial Intelligence)
Week 4- Managing and Coordinating Evaluations
Week 5- Writing an M&E Report
Week 6- General Feedback on Work Done
