Description:
The UNESCO Kabul office is looking for a consulting firm to conduct the final evaluation of the programme “Better Education Systems for Afghanistan’s Future (BESAF)”. The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the extent to which BESAF achieved its expected results and the overall effectiveness of the programme in supporting the education sector in Afghanistan. The evaluation will serve as basis for organizational learning and decision-making for potential future phases of the programme.
