Call for proposal (Evaluation): Reconstructive surgery in Gaza and Mosul

The SEU is looking for an experienced evaluator with expert knowledge to conduct an evaluation on two of MSF’s programmes of reconstructive surgery in Gaza and Mosul. Please find the Terms of Reference (ToR) for more detailed information here.

Start date: Early September (date TBD), 2021

End date: Final deliverable to be presented by November 31, 2021

Deadline to apply: No later than by 2359hrs CET on August 22, 2021

The application should consist of a technical proposal, a budget proposal, CV, and a previous work sample.  We welcome applications from teams or individuals. Offers should include a separate quotation for the complete services, stated in Euros (EUR), and the budget should present consultancy fee according to the number of expected working days over the entire period, both in totality and as a daily fee. Travel costs, if any, do not need to be included as the SEU will arrange and cover these. Do note that MSF does not pay any per diem.

As this evaluation requires specific medical expertise, we welcome applications from medical professionals in the field of reconstructive surgery who we would potentially match with an evaluation professional in order to achieve the objectives of this evaluation. Travel to Gaza and Mosul is envisaged in this evaluation, and therefore the right to travel to Gaza and northern Iraq is a requirement.
