We are looking for an external evaluator(s) for a comprehensive evaluation of our Digital Transformation Office (DTO).
💡 What? Take stock of the DTO’s achievements, systematically analyze the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and impact of the DTO’s efforts, generate learnings to bring the digital and cultural transformation at WHH to the next level.
⏰ When? July – October
👋 Who? Evaluator(s) with expertise in realist and utilization-focused evaluations, qualitative methods, (System-based) Theory of Change development, and organizational development, ideally digital and cultural transformation. Proficiency in English and French required. You will be working closely with our WHH-internal evaluation experts.
