The Human Rights and Accountability Consortium led by The Danish Institute for Human Rights (the Institute)
We are looking for one or more consultant(s) able to use the harvest of the effects to assess the link between the TRUST project implemented by the consortium in Tunisia and strengthening state accountability Tunisian. As we approach the end of our 36-month project, the consortium is primarily interested in changes in the ability of Tunisian independent public bodies to put implement their mandate, to interact with other actors (state and non-state) in Tunisia, to be accessible to Tunisian citizens and to use the synergy between the bodies to meet common challenges. The consultant(s) should have extensive harvesting experience effects. The proposal must include “case stories” using graphical illustrations of pathways of change using effects harvested.
