On-demand videos and an optional live online session comprising in total one day of training.
An introductory training for people who want to better understand cost-benefit analysis and benefit: cost ratios in a VfM context as well as those who may carry out, or oversee those who carry out, such analyses.
Delegates will deepen their understanding of CBA and benefit: cost ratios as a part of VfM analysis, including within evaluation and option appraisal / business cases. Delegates will be in a position to work alone (if they have the basic skills) or with other experts to produce CBA that is fit for good decision making and present this in a meaningful context.
