The new Evaluation & Learning Office has a dual reporting line to the Executive Director and the Independent Evaluation Panel (IEP) and reports through the IEP Chair to the Strategy Committee (SC) and the Board.
The request for proposals (RfP) for the evaluation of the Global Fund Funding Request and Grant Making process. The evaluation is designed to examine the funding request and grant-making process for the 2023-2025 Global Fund Funding Cycle, known as Grant Cycle 7. Scheduled to commence in late February and conclude in early August 2024, the insights and recommendations generated by this evaluation will play a crucial role in shaping preparations for the subsequent Grant Cycle.
The RfP was launched on December 21st and remains open for bids through February 2nd, 2024. The details of the RfP can be accessed on the Global Fund’s website HERE
