Seeking a Collaboration, Learning and Adaptation Specialist, to serve on the upcoming 5-year Burma MEL Support activity.

The activity will directly interface with USAID/Burma in Bangkok and maintain strong relationships for the projects/activities in USAID/BUrma’s portfolio.  It’s an exciting opportunity to see “inside the DNA” of USAID and understand how decisions are made.

For this position, ideally a proven expert with experience in Bruma and/or non-permissive environments, as well as experience with USAID guidelines around project and activity design portfolio reviews, mid-course stock-taking and pause-and-reflect moments is required.

Excellent facilitation skills are also required.

This position may be based in Bangkok or Yangon with frequent travel to the other city.
