EvalC3 provides an integrated set of tools for developing, exploring and evaluating predictive models of expected outcomes, some of which may then be developed into explanatory models.

EvalC3 uses QCA concepts of causality and the process of combining cross-case and within-case analysis.  But it also makes use of relatively simple machine learning algorithms to find good performing prediction models, equiivalent to and sometimes simpler than QCA “solutions”

Unlike QCA, or machine learning software packages, EvalC3 also enables:
– quick manual hypothesis testing
– feature selection (aka QCA “conditions”) and optimisation methods
– detailed comparison of the case coverage of competing good fitting predictive models
– tools for case selection, for follow up within-case inquiries

All of this is within a normal Excel environment, requiring no coding knowledge at all.

Rick will give a presentation and then open the session to questions from participants.

This is a free event open to Members and Non-Members.
